- Human resources management;

- Drafting of contracts and legal documentation;
- Document management, telephone service and file organization;
- Billing, order management, payments and bank reconciliation;
- Analysis and preparation of reports to be presented directly to management;
- Develop strategies to optimize processes and financial results;
- Take care of the environment and well-being of the company and its employees;
- Professional experience;
- Computer skills, namely knowledge in Excel;
- Good command of English both spoken and written;
- Good communication skills both spoken and written (legal documentation, e-mails and social media);
