2025 at Brief: what we’ve achieved and what’s next?
What made 2025 a special year for Brief?
2025 was a year marked by growth, creativity, and innovation. We worked with new clients, launched impactful digital campaigns and, above all, strengthened Brief’s culture. Each project helped us grow, bringing new learnings and opportunities to challenge ourselves, as well as the routines and trends of digital communication.
What were the main highlights of 2025?
New projects and clients
2025 was a year when we expanded our client portfolio, working in heavyweight industries such as pharmaceutical, mental health, and sustainability, embracing creative challenges that elevated us beyond the usual. With over 500 projects completed for more than 100 organizations worldwide over 12 years, we continue to combine branding, web design, UX/UI, and digital marketing to create unique experiences that reflect identity, purpose, and impact. For each partnership (whether developing a new brand, redesigning a website, or optimizing digital presence) we ensure rigorous work, refined aesthetics, and tangible results: responsive designs, intuitive interfaces, and performance metrics that exceed expectations.
Successful campaigns
At Brief, every branding action and every investment in performance digital marketing is designed to produce measurable results and real impact. With services ranging from branding to online advertising, such as social media campaigns, Google Ads display and search, we continuously optimize performance by defining clear KPIs, adjusting audiences, creatives, and budgets to maximize ROI. Each campaign is accompanied by detailed reports and weekly optimization, which allows us to transform investments into significant results, with increased leads, brand awareness growth, conversions, or even sales, always depending on each brand’s objectives.

What digital trends marked 2025?
If you have internet access, you’ve noticed that 2025 was the year of the great artificial intelligence boom. It’s currently practically impossible to escape it, being present in virtually all things digital.
Whether in final projects or internal matters, AI has been a great help for Brief, helping us achieve better results, from metrics to design, but especially in task automation, allowing us to allocate more focus to each project.
Speaking of formats, shorts continue to reign. The growth of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and even YouTube has led to a major shift in how brands and people share their content. The Shorts format allows for a storytelling approach with proven results and, when respected, generates positive outcomes.
Regarding themes, people are increasingly concerned about their surroundings. Whether in relation to the environment or even people, social issues are more “trendy” and occupy a large space in digital. It’s precisely knowing the importance of communicating these issues that Brief always seeks to have in its client and partner portfolio brands that aim to make a difference with causes that create positive impact on society.
What are the predictions and trends for 2026?
As we approach 2026, we see that many of these trends will continue and evolve.
The constant investment in the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence will become increasingly noticeable, with a greater focus on prompt-generated content, which is more effective, fast, affordable, and automated.
In turn, advanced AI tools also enable better integrated omnichannel communication, meaning they better connect and integrate a company’s online and offline channels, managing to offer and improve a continuous and cross-functional customer experience. This happens thanks to their ability to personalize service, content, and experiences based on each user/consumer’s characteristics and habits.
With this great personalization capability, a method of hyper-personalized campaigns begins to emerge, which adapts much more to each person, not seeing them as belonging to a more general target audience, but rather as an individual with specific tastes and habits.
Our vision for 2026?
In 2026 we want to continue making noise (the good kind). More brands, more ideas, more impact.
Because at Brief we never stop creating, challenging, and believing. Thank you to everyone who was part of this year and we hope to count on everyone for the next!
2026 is right around the corner and we already have new ideas ready to hit the streets!
